THE VISION BEHIND PXP FITNESS
PXP is about the people it empowers
It empowered me, and it empowers others. I wanted to create a community of real people doing the best they could- and best looks different for everyone. Sure it can look sculpted, glamorous, or tough and bad-ass. It can also look like huffin’ & puffin’ with a sweaty neck ring and runny mascara! It can be about mastering a combo, kicking the ceiling or simply getting out of bed after being up all night with the baby, or staying late at work because all hell broke loose at the office. At PXP we are in it together. We are working out together.
While it might seem lofty to say an online fitness program can change a person and empower them to their own greatness, at PXP we are all progressing toward our best selves, together, and fitness is the how, the way, the means. We teach… no we preach, accountability, consistency, adherence, and grace for when we struggle. We are elite and average. Great and okay. Engaged and present in our day- THAT can change a person!

OUR FOUNDER
Judith Lombard Currier
An achiever, a dreamer, and a powerhouse motivator. Judith holds a 3rd-degree Black Belt in mixed martial arts, has over a decade of experience teaching fitness classes and leading fitness programs, is an avid exercise enthusiast who enjoys Spartan’s, high mountain hiking, long distance trail running, and almost two decades in K-12 education to boot. It’s easy to see, her life’s purpose is teaching, coaching, motivating, and educating-impacting the lives around her.
She meets her clients where they are and holds them accountable for their words and their actions. She believes in hard work and authentic accomplishment.
“There’s nothing more powerful than doing what you say you’re going to do and achieving your goals. It builds authentic confidence. Confidence that can reshape your whole life.” And that’s why she created PXP Fitness. It’s about Power X Purpose X Passion X Progression. It about real people, doing real work- together. If you train with Judith, you’ll soon learn, “It isn’t always pretty; in fact, it rarely is, but it’s fun, and it’s meaningful.”
